Had laser removal with Lauren today, it was my first time ever experiencing laser. Lauren explained everything thoroughly both before & afterwards and the procedure was very quick and easy. Lauren is extremely professional & amazing at her craft. Cannot wait to continue my brown journey with her.

Lauren is incredibly professional, meticulous, and truly a perfectionist. I’ve had a difficult journey with my brows, and they were heavily saturated with old ink when I first came to her. Despite the challenges, she skillfully removed the old pigment and completely transformed my brows. The results are absolutely unreal — I couldn't be happier! I genuinely feel like a new person.
